Our designer has over 30 years experience in all phases of the construction industry and is a master carpenter. Build & Design Construction is licensed and insured in the state of Connecticut. This includes the mechanical systems of your home such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC. These services will all be priced into your project including an allowance for the electrical and plumbing fixtures. This makes your free estimate extremely accurate and surprise free! Once a contract is signed, our in-house architect will create all plans and drawings necessary for the building permits.
